Case Study: Agile Development of a Mobile App

Problem
The client, the fourth largest energy broker in the United States, needed to improve adoption, engagement, and satisfaction with their sales, supplier, and customer portals.
Process
We gathered requirements from various stakeholders applying Agile software development methodologies. We developed personas, flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
Solution
An iterative participatory design process was used to create low-fidelity wireframes, then interactive prototypes, and finally high-fidelity models. Following Agile methods of continuous implementation and deployment, the mobile app has been published to Google Play and the Apple Store.
